Belly Dance Choreography Class
Each class will start with a 5–10-minute stretch and warm-up exercises.
This class is for students who have already taken five or more classes and would like to learn belly dance choreographies based on the core moves, techniques, muscle isolation, and control of Egyptian Cabaret style Belly Dance, also known as Raqs Sharqi. While we honor traditional moves and music, we will also embrace individual style and musical inspirations as we connect with ourselves and our bodies.
Last, we will do 5-10 minutes of cool-down exercises and stretches.

This class is for all individuals who would like to participate in a fun, unique, and exciting belly dance-based fitness class that combines stretching, pelvic muscle strength building, balance exercises, shimmies, core moves, muscle isolation, and a fun variety of Egyptian Cabaret style Belly Dance moves with our own unique twist and flair! Last, we will do 5-10 minutes of cool-down exercises and stretches.
